One of the best ways to soak in the season and get some great outdoor exercise is hiking!  Going on periodic hikes helps keep the joints mobile, your muscles strong, and promotes good cardiovascular health, making it a great activity for those living with arthritis. 

Here are some helpful tips for those with arthritis who enjoy or want to start hiking:
